1. Credits and Subscriptions

Dream2Art offers one-time credit purchases and monthly subscription plans. Credits are consumed when AI generation tasks are executed. Unused credits from subscriptions do not roll over to the next billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Credit top-ups are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the purchased credits have been used. Subscription fees are refundable within 3 days of the billing date if no generation tasks have been run during that period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and order reference. Include the reason for your refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
